Kristina Susac, Founder, Trainer, and Author brings a unique combination of skills to her internationally recognized company.

She was involved in forming the first 24-hour multi-lingual customer service center in Russia for a GTE joint venture. Being the first sales and service trainer in Russia brought her instant recognition from Fortune 100 companies, and they quickly began requesting her expertise. Coca Cola requested her assistance in forming Coca Cola University in Moscow. DHL, Citibank, American Express Bank, Xerox, Glaxo Smith Kline, Motorola, Sprint, Lucent Technologies, NCR, AT&T and others count themselves among STI's clientele.

Prior to founding STI, Kristina Susac was a National Accounts Sales Manager for Sprint in Los Angeles, California. She received extensive training in the highly competitive telecommunications arena. She was an annual recipient of the prestigious President's club Award, given to top revenue producers.

In addition to a sales management background, Ms. Susac was a radio news reporter in Sacramento, California, where she was covering political and news features.

Kristina Susac holds a Bachelor's Degree In Communication Studies and Journalism from California State University Sacramento.
